From selecting, supervising, and training the Orientation Team to overseeing New Student Orientation, Graduate Interns are a part of the entire process from start to finish. It’s a great opportunity to learn hands-on about orientation at a large institution and gain transferable skills to take into your next professional role.

Each year, FYE chooses up to three Graduate Interns among the master’s students in the Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) program at the IU School of Education. After successfully completing a practicum in the spring, they are offered a paid graduate internship in the summer.
