Recruitment for 2024 Welcome Week Teams is officially open. Welcome Week is one of the most exciting times at IU, and Welcome Week (WW) Teams are here to greet new students as they arrive in the fall. WW Teams consist of a Team Coordinator and Team Members responsible for creating a welcoming environment, planning events for late nights, and supporting both campus wide and localized events.

There are teams dedicated to the residence halls and one team for international students, International Student Welcome Team (ISWT), and a team for transfer students, Transfer Student Welcome Team.

If you know anyone who would make a great addition to a WW Team, please consider nominating them below. You are welcome to nominate as many people as you want. Nominations will remain anonymous, but you are welcome to inform them yourself. Nominees will receive an email with additional information about the position and an opportunity to apply.
