  • Greek Life at IU

    This workshop will be an opportunity for you to explore life in a fraternity or sorority in terms of balance and fit. Additionally, you will gain a comprehensive view of Indiana University’s Fraternity & Sorority Life from a lens that is meant to educate participants about the four governing Greek councils.

  • Second Year Housing Options

    Wondering where to live next year? This session will help you explore on-campus options that are popular among upperclassmen. The presenters will also discuss the pertinent dates for signing up for on-campus housing, highlight important information to consider if moving off-campus, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Leadership at IU

    Want to develop your leadership skills? Interested in taking that next step on campus? Come learn about opportunities in Student Life and Learning, including over 750 student organizations, leadership retreats and for-credit leadership courses. Have the opportunity to chat with others about their first leadership steps on campus, and continue making strides of your own!

  • Your Career Roadmap

    This presentation will give you a roadmap to successful career planning during your time at IU. We will address how to gather good information regarding majors and careers, how to network, and how to find internships, volunteer experiences and part-time job opportunities that will look great on a resume.

  • Curious About Studying Abroad?

    Hear from a panel of returned study abroad students about the academics, housing and extracurricular activities they participated in while abroad. The students will also share their perspectives on what they gained from their study abroad experience along with how they funded their trip. Learn about how you can start planning now to fit study abroad into your IU undergraduate career.

  • Graduate School Preparation Starts Freshman Year!

    What test do I take? What am I supposed to do in undergrad to stand out in graduate applications? Can I or should I take time off before grad school? Join admissions staff from IU’s top ranked graduate program to answer these questions, and find out what you can do starting TODAY to prepare for graduate school admission.

  • Exploring Your Major

    A University Division Academic Advisor will introduce you to a few specific tasks and programs designed to help you move forward in your exploratory process and take the next step toward discovering what your education will be and declaring your intended school/major at IUB.

  • Academic Advisor Q&A

    A University Division Academic Advisor will be available throughout the program for brief consultations, simple questions, and small discussions on a first-come, first-served basis.
